Services are offered for single employees, families, whether short-term or long-term assignments. Comprehensive local knowledge and a keen eye for detail are our strengths.

Pre-Visit

• Previous contact with Expatriate and his fanily, resulting ina comprehensive profiles of their needs and expectations to research housing alternatives in advance.
• Visits with a specialist to preview community representative housing and pre-creening of properties.

All visits will be accompanied by a Tantus professional, who helps the Expatriate to familiarize with the community and settle in a new city.

House Hunting

• Homefindling assistance
• Complete package of information about the community.
• Identification of negative aspects of the area and professional counceling to assist the Expatriate with a well-informed relocation process.
• Area touring to reinforce possible community and appropriate properties.
• Previous selection of real properties to be visited. Tantus will monitor the house search closely and accompany all visits with qualified realtors.

Lease Negotiation

• Negotiation with the Landlord and / or Administrator about lease conditions and preparations of the lease contract.
• Preparation of deed of inspection, na integral part of lease contracts describing the state of property.

Home Management Program

• Assessing with essential repairs at the real property as infiltration, leakage, drips and piping. Tantus will perform immediate repairs and recommend services like painters, electricians and gardeners.
• Supervision of repairs and pool maintenance.

Repatriation

• Lease termination.
• Final inspection of property and preparation of final deep of inspection.
• Coordination of repairs of necessary.
• Preparation of rescission agreement.
